Close review

This screen closes nothing. It records your verdict. Close releases the dealer to the nightly sweep, which still checks RingCentral's company-wide call log first and only counts a close as done when VCC confirms it. Keep open means the sweep leaves the dealer alone. Either way, your name and the time are recorded.
